Superb location near Magnificent Mile, and yeah, the room was decent. Enjoyed the view we got. Check-in was a nightmare though. They messed up my reservation and the staff wasn’t super helpful. the street noise was pretty annoying even on the 15th floor. Would've loved a lightweight blanket too!

The location of Hilton Garden was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. I especially appreciated its proximity to the magnificent mile and numerous attractions. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful in guiding us around the city. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

i made reservations a week in advance and received several confirmation emails. only to arrive and find out the hotel is closed down and boarded up. luckily embassy suites across the street was able to provide us with a room. they were wonderful and accommodating. the room was clean and spacious. location and overall stay was wonderful. staff was great. room was comfortable and quiet. sadly my husband was caught in the middle of a security issue at night. he was fine. not sure of the outcome for others.
There was nothing i didnt like 🙂

the hilton garden had super comfy beds, and the location was amazing - just steps from the subway. it's close to michigan ave and has lots of cool spots nearby. the staff were outstanding and made us feel special - especially the valet who went out of their way to help my son with his forgotten glasses.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, even providing extra amenities for our dietary restrictions. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, giving us easy access to popular attractions like Three Dots and a Dash and the Rock Brewery. The hotel facilities, including the fitness center and hot tub, were modern and well-maintained.
The only drawback was the noisy air conditioning in the room, which disturbed my sleep as a light sleeper.

Convenient location, spacious rooms, great fitness room, friendly staff, and beautiful view.
Felt quite safe, no complaints whatsoever.
